Jacob and the Fellowship crew at week one of build disassembly with front end off to service the bearings.
Build Details and Honors
Bob "Lefty" handled the ignition and steering head bearings. Robb "Lean Angle" had the key save on getting it to start with the lean angle sensor before we removed the entire wiring harness. Bob "Dr. Detail" sorted multiple panel fitting issues. Anthony "The Sheriff" put the shine on the Yoshi slip on and pulled vacuum for the clutch bleed. Adam "The Chief" handled the 520 chain conversion and shift lever. Tom "Spyder Man" worked the ignition and triple clamp. Zach "MVP" from Woods triaged multiple issues and figured out the HID headlight conversion. Dan "The Man" got us the right tools, sorted the bar ends and found out how much coolant the bike really had. Randy "The Hammer" supervised the tire changes which took all of us and painted the frame sliders. Bradley cleaned the wheels and polished aluminum bits.
Starting Point
The thieves ruined every body panel, drilled out the ignition and dropped the bike on both sides bending both rear sets and levers. They must have done multiple burnouts since the rear tire was smoked and the chain stretched beyond wear limits. New battery and fluids.
Finish Line
Revealed along with the new CBR1000RR SP1 at Woods Fun Center. Jacob scored MotoGP tickets courtesy of Woods making the build a complete package honoring him and his service to our country.
